We focus on equity investments primarily through management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth financings. We seek both growing and companies undergoing transition. We will consider both control and significant minority investment opportunities. We do not fund startups and early stage companies.  Criteria for investments include:

• Revenues - from $10M to $50M
• EBITDA - from $2M to $6M
• Equity Investment Size - from $2M to $10M
• Industry Focus - Media & Marketing, Business Services, Software and Niche Manufacturing
